+1, not sure what your event was detailed like before but right now it looks alright to me. Can't remember really ever seeing you and or having a conversation with you so idk if your a minge or not. But the event looks fine and seems like you're taking people's advice so that's always good.

-1, you can be cool at times but overall don't think you got the attitude/personality for staff. You said you have "made a rep for myself", unfortunately, I think it's the wrong kind of rep. I recommend revising your player interview, make it longer, and also add in periods and commas. Right now...
