3.11 super delayed patch notes and balance changes

Vengence -


Healthy Heart now gives +500 hp instead of +600

Precision Strikes now gives +50 damage instead of +35 but gives you a -100 health debuff

Affliction damage has been increased to 400 isntead of 250

Fury 1 has had its timers slightly changed to give it more hit detection. (about 28% longer lasting attacks)


Blade Master -


Hate Blade now gives you +20 damage instead of +10 along with its +5 movement speed but also gives you -100 health.

Quick Death now gives +7 speed instead of +10

Burning Power now gives +65 damage instead of +55, +7 speed instead of +10 and - 175 hp

Fire Blade now gives +25 damage instead of +20

Double trouble now only reduces damage by 25 instead of 35 but also gives -50 hp

Arrogant 3 (the good one) has had its animation rates slowed slightly to give it more hit detection (about 15%)


Blade Dancer -


Swift Feet now gives +7 speed instead of +10

Fast Attacks now gives +10 damage instead of +7

Lightning blade now gives +40 damage instead of +32 but -75 hp

Reinforced Armor now gives +500 health instead of +550

Force Leech has had its damage reduced to 125 and heals for 100 hp and has had its cooldown increased to 14


Bulwark -


Heavy Hide now gives +200 hp up from 150

Composite Armor now gives 200 armor up from 150

Endure pain now gives +500 hp instead of 350 but reduces damage by 10

Built Tough now gives +1000 health instead of +500 but reduces damage by 30

Juggernaut now gives +3000 health instead of +2000 but gives -65 damage instead of -40 and reduces max force by 15

Defensive heavy has had its timer reduced by about 18%

Defensive 1 has had its timers increased by 100%

Force-Displacement has been replaced with Force Charge (testing it I may change it back)


Force Master -


Growing Connection now gives +7 force and -30 hp instead of 25

Flowing Force now gives +12 force instead of +5 and -30 hp instead of 25

Greater Connection now gives + 40 force instead of 25 but -200 hp instead of 100 and gives -15 saber damage

Lightning Attune now gives +15 force instead of +7

Glowing Connection now gives +20 force instead of 15

Focused force now gives +20 force but -35 saber damage (up from -30)

Force Vampire Healing reduced by 50 and cooldown increased by 4 seconds

Lightning Stream damage has been increased to 19 (up from 15)

Force Lightning damage has been increased to 9 (up from 7)

Lightning Strike damage has been increased to 400 (up from 375)


Force-Mystic -


Growing Connection now gives +7 instead of 5 force and -30 hp instead of 25

Greater Connection now gives + 40 force instead of 10 but -200 hp instead of 100 and gives -15 saber damage

Healers Defender now gives +200 hp instead of 350 and gives -15 saber damage instead of -7

Heal now reduces your damage by 15 and hp by 50

Glowing connection now gives +30 force instead of 15

Rip Repulse has been renamed to Radiance

Power Overflowing now gives you +50 force but -15 damage and -100 health

the pre-group heal nerf perk now gives -40 damage and -150 hp

Rejuvenation cooldown has been increased to 12 seconds (up from 6 seconds)

Rejuvenation heals for 1000 over 10 seconds (up from 700)

Group heal heals for 350 (up from 300)

Heal now heals for 50 (up from 45)


Troopers -


General small speed nerf to all troopers

Troopers now have a new skill perk that gives +200 hp so max level troopers don't have 10 leftover points


Global Change -



Channel Hatred and Meditate now heal for 5% of your hp every 3 seconds (up from 3%)
