@PasReppas what that rule means is that u can set your health and let people one shot u or heal u

You are allowed to meditate or hatred in afk room

The player in question Zach is the one healing the people who are AFK while he is AFK. He doesn't care about the meditating people because it's obvious that's allowed. I'm not able to get on, so I'll try to get someone else to handle this before I get off.
