Like I said before EE is like gray, you join an org, org dies then you are just another EE running around doing whatever he wants

Yeah, I agree, I feel like you should work your way through a faction first and if you want the closest to Gray that's EE. You don't have the Master/Padawan relationship and you are evaluated more on your individuality. If you're not getting to know people and making a name for yourself you can't really expect that much. If you're that desperate to not be in a faction it sounds more like you just do not enjoy RP and would rather just run around because you don't want to follow the rules of the faction which would explain the low ranking and constant conversion. That's not really what grey is about.
