Additional Info if there is any: This started with him either solo raiding, coming to tython for no reason, or being on a mission. He kept asking lower levels of the Jedi to 1v1, I told him to leave our planet or I will use force about 5 times. He would not listen and insisted to fight someone. I then told him after he was about to duel, that if he wants to duel, to do it on tat not tython. He proceeded to stay on the planet, I then counted down from 3 for him to go and leave, he did not so we killed him. This is when he started to be toxic.

His toxicity is still going and there are staff on who are witnesses like arata but he is currently busy with someone.

This is a horrible reason to -1 yes the community has been toxic recently but just letting people be toxic and say "Oh other people are toxic so it doesn't matter" is the wrong way to approach the situation and we should be cracking down on toxicity not saying its a norm and allow it to become worse and worse.
