THE LEGACY EXPANSION
The premier gameplay feature coming in this new expansion is the LEGACY SYSTEM, currently in development.
This new system is the first of its kind in the gamemode, rewarding players for playtime, statistics, records, participation in events — every playstyle gets rewarded with new, unique rewards.
This system both helps to ease new players into the gameplay, while simultaneously rewarding the time investment of players, no matter how you play. Achievements you gain through gameplay will reward experience, credits, exclusive hilts, and other rewards to come over time.
Other new quality of life updates will be coming as well, as well as map updates, adding in Endor, and improving Tatooine to make it more of a hotspot for combat and player interactions.
We're very excited to see this new system come into fruition, and hopeful that this will make players' time investment feel more rewarding.
