Internal IT Support Formats

Please follow the formats listed below dependent on what you need.

Microsoft User Provision

For requests related to creating or provisioning Microsoft accounts.

  • Full Name or IGN (User Preference)
  • Email Address to be Created
    • <user>@reborngaming.net
    • <user> = the username before the email domain
  • Type of Account
    • "Representatives" are part of the Reborn Gaming internal team. Usually a higher-up administrator or a developer.
    • "Partners" are not officially part of the Reborn Gaming internal team. Usually contractors or anyone who needs outside-organization access.
  • Department / Role
  • Licenses (No-Apps, Microsoft-365)
    • Partners will, under no circumstances, be granted any M365 licenses. They are only No-App users.
  • Reason for Account Creation
  • Any Required Groups or Permissions
  • Urgency Level

Microsoft Group Assignments

For adding or removing users from Microsoft groups.

  • User Email Address
  • Group Name
  • Action Requested (Add / Remove)

  • Who Authorized the Request

Microsoft Account Support

For issues accessing or using a Microsoft account.

For issues related to the community forums.
