I believe the community should support my application because I’m dedicated to fostering a positive, inclusive, and well-organized environment for everyone. I’m a proactive problem solver, and I’m committed to resolving conflicts fairly and efficiently. I understand the importance of maintaining clear communication and setting a good example for others, ensuring that the server runs smoothly and is an enjoyable place for all members.
What makes you more qualified than other players?
While I may not have previous administrative experience on other servers, I bring a strong set of skills and a genuine passion for this community. I’m a quick learner and always eager to step up and contribute, whether it’s helping new players or assisting in resolving issues. My communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure will help ensure that I can handle any situation fairly and efficiently. Above all, my dedication to maintaining a positive, welcoming atmosphere for everyone makes me confident that I’d be a strong asset to the team.
What are your primary focuses in successfully handling an administrative situation?
When handling any situation, I focus on being fair, clear, and keeping the community positive. I believe it’s important to listen to everyone involved, so I can make informed decisions. I also make sure to be consistent when enforcing rules, so players know what to expect. My goal is to keep things calm, respectful, and fun for everyone, while making sure the rules are followed.
Why did you choose this community to serve as staff?
I've been serving as a GM for a bit of time now, but want to branch out and do more. The server has a great atmosphere, and I want to help keep it that way. Reborn and its community has been a big part of my life, so I want to do everything I can to help out and keep everything running smoothly.
