Battle Meditate does not work anymore. It has not worked since late 3.0. when complaints arose about framerate issues when it was used on the entire server at once in an artifact raid.
It was an amazing and underpowered niche force power that everyone appreciated receiving.
I have not spoken up about it since then because I believed this was a conscious decision by Shepard, but when I spoke to him, he said he had no idea.
Please fix this ability or take it off the skill tree, just give me closure.
