(Just background: I didn't get to make an loa or anything this is also why I missed the CC wipe, for around 2 months now i have been in the process of moving then after that my pc stopped working so I had to fix it which took a long time cause I had finals at the time so I was studying alot but now im gonna obviously be back playing on the server frequently.)
EDIT: So I looked at other CC recovery things and someone said we cant get it back unless we paid it from our account? But I do have proof its mine cause if you look in the CC thread you'll see mine was accepted its just Eizen who paid for it so idk
