in my first discord ban appeal shepard said perma from server is perma from discord, what about rde and some other perma banned players that were in the discord for months or are you saying this just because i'm TYR, the most biased player here

A little break from the discord could do you some good. You can appeal the discord ban at the same time as your server ban when the month period I gave you passes.
