yea thats why I asked shepard if I could use it as my custom and he said if the person who has someone elses custom igniter and wants to use one of the sounds on that persons igniter as their own, and you own it in your inventory, you have free reign. So I have Eizen's old igniter and his deignite is the sound I want to use, so I have free reign to use it because I own the sound in game cause he sold/traded it to people.
