-1 If he was toxic and RDE was toxic, and rde didnt get any let knows or punishments, he shouldnt get a punishment for a small thing compared to RDE.

All reports should in my opinion should be treated equally so your telling me that sharp should get a pass because he only breaks the rules sometimes. RDE is toxic some times and so is alot of people but if your -2 for this is because he isnt as toxic as rde I wont consider that a valid -2 cause it shows bias

Huh? It's on the internet. You don't need consent. YOU POSTED THE THING FOR OTHER PEOPLE TO SEE IT. If that shit was real so many youtube channels would not be up lol. This reminds me of a time when there was a staff report or something and the staff member said that they didn't give consent for the video. That's not how this world works. (I think the report was on Thesaurus.)

I mean, used for evidence against them, its implemented in many other servers, that you can't use another person's video against them in a report without their consent.

Same could easily be said about recording people with out there permission but regardless it's all under fair use

Unless all 30 of your warns were from Combat Tags, it's not that thing that got you banned. You were banned for the overall collection of your warns, not just the combat tag ones.
