Currently I am mostly free before 4pm most of the week due to work with 2 days off usually but will be moving to Alabama in a few weeks so it will change

Brief overview of the position(s): During my month as staff on the server I started out as a T-mod as a t-mod I would help players get unstuck from the elevators on the venture(clone wars rp players know that pain lol). Would deal with minges and white list new players. After my first week I was given the rank of Mod and i began learning how to place items down and helping with events aswell as making sure players followed the rp rules. After the current owner quit the server and Fergus took over the other staff members and I tried to figure out ways to save the server sadly we could not do it and the server ended up shutting down.

I do have ADHD so grammar isnt the best but feel free to give supportive criticism or feed back

Good morning, afternoon or evening

I would first like to start off with thanking everyone for taking there time to read my application. My in game name is Mythos/Voss depending on what life I am playing. I believe I am qualified because I have been around the server for a while and have gotten to know the community quite well. I have helped new players as a jedi knight, master and as high justicar. I have trained new RT troopers and have helped with questions players have asked when there isnt someone on to help. There are times where I am not as active online as I wish to be due to work but when i am not on the server i am on the forums responding to reports, appeals or just general discussions on the forums. With the appeals and reports I do my best to look at each one with an unbiased view as i feel each player should be treated the same. I currently do not have a mic as mine broke yesterday but should be getting a new one tomorrrow so I do plan on getting more into the discord and team speak once I get a mic that doesnt make me sound like a dying banshee. I have also been on two very serious starwars RP servers GG( Goliath gaming) and HFG (we all know that one lol ) so I would like to help with the transition to help reborn be ome more serious with the RP the best I can.

-1 , in 12 months your level 246. As staff you are required 40 hours per 2 weeks. In 40 hours of someone playing they can gain over 20 levels. 80 Hours per month , x 12. Is around 960 hours in a year if you were active. in 960 hours you could be level 480. U are barely above half the amount of levels you could have.

Also the only mod experience you have is being a mod for someone for a month, which to be quit honest if the server was dead or dying they would be basically handing out staff ranks to try to get people to stick with the server.

Not tryna hard core diss you but at the same time we need active, experienced staff rn. We have a lot of staff who do nothing all day and we need people who have the time to do it, a guaranteed time non the less.

Also also, in your player interview you made 2 excuses, I have adhd and that you have work. Its a question on why you should be chosen not why you do something wrong.

You are very active on forums but activity on forums wont solve staff sits and play issues, you need to be active in game. If you get denied, when you reapply if you have a better time schedule that is reliable and straight forward not just whenever I can. I will +1. If you get accepted then I want to see you do as best you can.

thanks for the feed back its appreciated there are a few things I would like to discuss

1 I'm sorry if it came off as an excuse but the ADHD isnt an excuse it's something that I have had all my life and does effect it. I said that I have it because if th ere is something grammatically wrong people would understand why and tell me so I can fix the error

2 I understand my staff experiance is a bit lack luster but that is why I am applying to be a trial mod so I can learn the position

3 the level cap just got raised before it was raised I was max level rn I am currently lvl 249

I play for like 2 hours everyday and I just got 250 yesterday.

You are aware 4.0 abruptly raised the level cap by an additional 40 levels. I understand that you are a newer player, but it’s been a month since 4.0, so he’d be gettin a bit over a level a day assuming he was 210 when 4.0 came out. That activity should be more than fair.

There’s a standard, while you exceed it, most staff who have been accepted do not. Also, you fail to realize that XP values require more to level up, and at crazy amounts at the 230 range
