    best thermal compound for laptops?

    my old dell latitude is heating up and a friend told me crack it open replace the thermal paste. I am on the look out for the best thermal pastes and found these https://appuals.com/best-thermal-pastes-for-pc/ should I just get the thermal grizzly one? Thanks!
