Fixed some trooper trees not having the new perk
Vengeance -
Precision Strikes now gives -250 health instead of 100
Affliction Damage reduced to 300 (down from 400)
Healthy Heart now only gives +400 health instead of 500
Added 2 new skill perks at the top of the tree that give +20 dmg and +10 force and cost 5 points.
Blade Master -
Hate Blade now reduces health by -150 instead of 100
Burning Power now gives -300 health instead of 175
2 new skill perks added at the top of the tree called Lethal Strikes, each gives +28 damage and costs 5 points
Bulwark -
Endure Pain now gives -25 damage instead of -10 now gives 450 health instead of 500
Built Tough now gives -50 damage instead of -30 and only gives 850 hp instead of 1000
Juggernaut now gives - 100 damage instead of -65 and -25 force instead of -15
Added Hard Armor at the top of bulwark, each perk gives +400 health with no deductions for 5 points
Blade Dancer-
Lightning Blade now gives -150 hp instead of 75
Reinforced Armor now only gives +400 health instead of 500
Added 2 new perks called Dancers Finesse that gives +20 dmg and +200 hp for 5 points
Force Master -
Lightning Stream damage reduced to 18 (from 19)
Increased health lost from tree by about 200
Force Mystic
Increased health lost from tree by about 200
