Additional Info if there is any:
He is constantly toxic and I don't know why he isn't officially permad yet. He should of been permad when he went on a mass rdm spree with his rp "brother" a couple days ago.
Situation: Rde was doing some dumb stuff with jedi, he got mad and self exiled again so of course as a bounty hunter I hunted him.
I see him outside of the casino a BRIGHT WHITE ROBED male. I scout around without engaging then of course I attack and kill him.
Hegets salted like usual in ooc and calls me a cunt, etc.. then later on directly messages me calling me an asshole and all this stuff...

Constant toxicity
A bunch of side bans including a 1 day ban about 3 days ago,
Another 1 day ban when 4.0 comes out.
While almost every other person who has ever been permad, only has been permad once or twice.

Neutral so everyone on reborn does this they are all toxic see if RDE gets Warned for this you and nearly everyone need to be Warned 100 times (I'm not saying it's ok to be toxic just that we need to all be held it to the same standard)

You say its the same standard but hes got 4 permas. i've got one because I killed someone during an OT without adverting.

Rde didn' treally want to rp when I interrogated him a couple days ago as a Ardent for scholar, and was really toxic. And after that he showed more toxicity but got banned, I saw him earlier today and was showing the same level of toxicity and not being nice to others (Anzati I saw that too) so I think he should get punished

+1, before I quit Rde was always toxic and cursed me out a few times especially during an OT when he joined the group and most of the people didn't want him there so he got pk'd

+1 I mean, this all kind of speaks for itself. We could go and look through the past warn appeals/player reports on him. It is kind of just enough. Gone on tooooo far. 30 warns and still isn't permad. :thinking emoji:

+1 I was pretty toxic to RDE at one point and I attempted to step back and apologize for it. From that point on, I tried to take an objective view on how RDE responds to people and acts around them, and I've seen that it's often incredibly irrational and toxic. Sometimes I am fine with RDE, he's funny sometimes, but this constant shit can't be allowed.

He makes a lot of tickets about extremely little things and wastes staffs time, as well as annoying other players who have to sit through it. I always make a joke that RDE has the mindset of “if I’m going down, I’m taking everybody with me”

Neutral. RDE I do believe you are very toxic, and need to learn from your mistakes and be safe next time(LEARN TO CONTROL YOUR ANGER). In my opinion, he shouldnt be perma banned, but just be perma muted, but thats up to staff.
Also, anzati I wanted the kill so im NaCl (S).
