You're a pretty good staff member in my opinion aside from the time you instantly banned me for 3 days. Whether it was for a good reason or a bad reason is subjective, but I implore you to use your talking and negotiation skills more to understand people. Both in RP and with your Moderating abilities, this could excel you into becoming an even more amazing person.
