Nerf Rejuvenation

Nerf Rejuvenation because that is way too op. You cannot die when you have +3 healer on you. It heal about 90 hps per seconds. It heal up to 900 hp per use. Pretty op when you have +3 healer and the cooldown is pretty low. Make the cool down longer and make it heal for less seconds
