Neutral .... Chill guy when i have spoken to you but thats only been a really small amount of times get a bit more active and chatty with people then i will change to a +1
 
Update- I stated you were inactive in my other -1
And I’m on a looot every day and STILL have never once seen you.. so I’m keeping my -1
